Communication is key, so we will talk it out with you until we are certain we fully understand your expectations of your next dream website so that we can bring your vision to life.
Define
We’ll define your build in detail to ensure that nothing is missed down the line, which will allow us to deliver your perfect website with minimal iterations, and to deliver as quick as possible.
Design
Next comes the fun part. We can send you some website/template examples to help visualise the design of your website. We’ll also ask for any branding you may have, or discuss options if not.
Develop
Once you we understand how you want the website to look, we’ll start building a unique WordPress-optimised website from the ground up. We will ensure the site is built with speed in mind, along with any features you may need.
Deploy
Once built, we can transfer your site onto our servers and setup your domain and SSL. We’ll make sure that everything is running smoothly and effectively. If you’re not hosting with us, we can transfer the site to you instead.
Deliver
Once deployed, we can provide you with your login credentials so that you can access your website backend. Or, with our Hands-free hosting package, we can look after your site for you instead. We’re pretty flexible.

Our fully managed Hands-free package allows you to get on with more important things in your day-to-day while we’ll take care of your website for you. We’ll keep WordPress and any plugins updated, and scan for viruses, daily. We’ll also back it up weekly. And you’ll get 2hrs of content udpates included each month.
Free SSL and domain (for life)
We know how frustrating it can be to find out that you have to pay for your SSL certificate and your domain after the first year (and, of course, your hosting prices usually increases…). So we decided that we’re just going to keep things simple and include both SSL and domain for free in the cost of your hosting package, for as long as you keep your hosting package with us.
No hidden extras
Like we just mentioned, we know it can be difficult to find a provider you can stick with without having to switch every year to avoid the higher bill increase.
