If you already have any media or material of your own, such as logo’s, colour palettes, images, videos, text blurb or preferred styles/templates, then this will save time and money.

However, you don’t need to supply us with anything. We can design logos ourselves, and find suitable image and/or text placeholders for your website, but it does make the job easier and quicker if you have at least a few of these things prepared in advance.

But don’t stress if you don’t have any of these as we can take care of everything, including content for the website. Just get in touch and let’s discuss your vision.

Not at all. We can design a logo for you based on a colour palette you like, or we can chosse these for you, too!

Web Design
If for any reason you are not happy with the final design of the website we designed for you, or we failed to meet your expectations, we can refund your money. However, we’re certain we will deliver something you’ll love.

Hosting
Pay Monthly subscribers may cancel their hosting package within the first 7 days. Payments for any previous months hosting services are non-refundable. If you do not make use of your hosting account, payment for services is still due. Hosting accounts are not canceled until either; notice is received from you in writing, or until 15 days have passed after due date of payment not received. If you choose to pay annually you may cancel your package within the first 14 days for a partial refund on the remainder of the package.

We will send you a no obligations quote so that you can make sure everything is within your budget and agreed on in full. If you are happy with the proposal then we will take payment in full before we begin the design phase.

Hosting Packages
Once you purchase a hosting package from us, we can host your website on our servers. We can migrate any existing website you may have over to our servers for free (if necc.), and will provide you and your website users with login credentials to access your website backend, as well as any necessary supporting documentation.

Web Design Packages
Once your completed website is fully functional, we can host it on one of our unlimited superfast servers and send you and your users their login credentials to the gain access to the website backend, giving you full control over your website. We’ll take care of everything to get your website built, and up and running in no time.

Alternatively, we can send you a copy of your website using whichever migration tool you choose, allowing you to set it up on a server of your choosing instead.

Please note, however, that our websites are designed using the Divi theme (or Elementor, if you prefer), and therefore these themes/plugins will need to be installed on your own server to remain fully functional. Please note, however, that Divi is a theme that you will have tp purchase yourself for $279 from Elegant Themes. If you choose one of our hosting packages your website can continue to use our Divi theme for free, and more importatntly you won’t need to lift a finger.

All of our hosting packages come with free SSL, ensuring your website is SSL-compliant.

Our Hands-free hosting package comes with daily virus scanning, automatic updates, and a free weekly backup for the entire duration of the hosting.

We can send you your login credentials, and from there you will be able to make adjustments to your WordPress website as you wish.

If you need, we can set up more users with certain priviliges, granting or disabling access for as many different roles that you need, such as administrators, editors, developers, etc.
